Lowman, I believe one of these numbheads actually has a semi-realistic scenario. The local landfill in my area is built in a ravine and is about 30 years old. It is deep, wide, broad and has to be full of gas, again much like our numbheads. The local county also is the owner. I could seed them subsidizing a portion of the construction costs to get more quickly into the gas production mode. I use the word semi-realistic, because the governments in my state tend to leave any ventures competitive with private industry alone, with some rare exceptions. It is possible this could be one of them. Either way, it will happen some day.

It’s too bad the Internet and the creation of the automobile weren’t in the same time frame. This trio of clowns would have made great entertainment belittling that venture also.
