Have you ever been in business? There are set backs and things take time. Especially bigs deals like SING. Both sides have hinted at this deal and SING even twitted that they are very close. Not to mention that Mark Newbauer posted on his FB that he was very excited to work with SING. It's all right there for you to see. I just got an email response that stated that they were working on the last final details. Shareholders will be informed immediately after it is final. They apologized for the minor delay.
