Bordynuik thinks he's being cunning by broadcasting the fact that the allegations against JBI Inc were dropped.

He has such little regard for the intelligence of his shareholders, that he believes this will distract them from noticing that the allegations against John Bordynuik himself held, and became "agreed facts".


Nobody wants to be immortalized for eternity on the internet as having used their own mother and children as unwitting accomplices in stock fraud.
