RSI below 40, so oversold. Last time RSI was this low PPS was less than .01

I think we just need to wait out this volatility which is due to a congruence of factors and we will see it get back to it's previous highs.

It might take until Q1 financials are released in May/June but when the move starts based on the chart it will be able to move hard and fast
