buybacks are restricted to "normal-market-conditions"…is-Global-Lock-normal??????

on top of that, the CEO promised updates every 2 weeks…..that is 5 days LATE……so if you take the CEO at his word………….NO BUYBACK HAS OCCURED…

so no update to make. or as the CEO said…….he would have made an update 5 days ago

can't TRUST the stock will surge UP…….when you can't TRUST the CEO
