You wonder if what happened this morning to mmj stock PHOT will send any shock waves through the pot industry.

Seems the SEC suspended the stock for two weeks (at least), pending an inquiry of its business practices. SEC claims insiders are (from what I read) manipulating the thing.

Personally, I wonder if the SEC is on a witch hunt at the whim of Uncle Sugar to stifle the fledgling mmj industry. Don't know this for sure. Just sayin'. One would think the SEC had much bigger fish to fry, what with the banksters on the Street bilking the world the way they've been doing for the past 5+ years. I guess we'll see.
