Points well taken . Zero has and will still be a gamble . We are in Pennyland .... Over the past year STWA has made giant steps ... You are correct if TC buys the unit it is huge . If they continue with the lease it is also huge . Remember they are not the only player @ this table .. There are other companies lurking out there .. Who knows what positions they are taking .It's nice to see You'll balancing on the fence ....
