My guess is she is a student at ND and was able to land the job part time or as a contractor to fix the web site and Kim has kept her on and has increased her responsibilities over time. Now she is the PR person.

This could be true as well as she may have an interest in the science as well. Her friends and her could clean up the web page after hours. (total speculation)

The biggest curiosity I have is what is Ben doing now? I have always assumed he was part of the CSC deal. I believe that Ben has a contract renewal coming up but I have not checked.

I do not know but can you explain to me what a company can gain from a prolonged low pps. It seems to me that the answer to some of our questions fall within this premise, although I can not tell you how or why I feel this. It just comes from my gut.
