You can rest assured that he plea-bargained because the truth was he was guilty of many more offenses. And how many times have you seen them tack on mandatory psych. Counseling for years after he gets out of prison. That was definitely part of his original plea bargain. Lawyer probably plead that because of his 'disorder' he was not able to control his pathological lying. Why would anyone accept mandatory psych counseling for years if they didn't play the system to get a lighter sentence.
