Just got off the phone with a person from "TDA's President's office" LOL - While the DTC chill will still now allow TDA members to buy stock they also charge a flat $240 fee for selling these shares since that is what Pacific charges them. When I pressed on why no other broker company charges their clients these fees he stumbled over his words. I politely told him something doesn't add up here and that lawyers will need to be involved next if TDA keeps charging these fees and I hung up.
