There is NO answer to your Question!
If you think the shares are worth .02 pay it! I don't think they are. I respect your point of view, but there is NO ANSWER! The PPS is just a question of demand and supply right (see the Pot hype in general)? Demand seems to be low and supply is growing obviously here, ergo pps will decline.
