Excuse me, but who are you referring to when you say "Deitrich Coffee"?

Dietrich is a building systems company: a manufacturing. So I think you have your spelling wrong.

You must be referring to Diedrich Coffee. But Charlotte Diedrich inherited a coffee plantation in Central America in 1916, and her son developed the business into what it is nowadays. Does the name Keurig Green Mountain sound familiar? Is this the outfit to which you are referring? There is little resemblance between the models of BCCI and GMCR. The first one is strictly a coffee kiosk. The later started as a coffee plantation, and nowadays encompasses a very large enterprise, which, by the way, has been around for far more than one hundred years, slowly developing into what it is today, only going public many years after it was a well established private business.

Or are you referring to some other outfit?
