I'm ok the with the dilution. It can create opportunities of volatility that I can trade from. As far as the R/S, that's a risk everyone takes who are trading the OTC. There will always be rumors of a R/S coming and if that were to scare me then I shouldn't even be trading in the OTC and especially sub pennies. There is no reverse split now so I'll trade it like that. When that changes I'll change my plan as well.

The new QB rule is not an issue to me. They have six months after May 1st is it? Even if they don't make the deadline it will move to Pinks which as far as I'm concerned is the same.

For what I see that I like, that is my own chart observations that I trade on that works for me.
