The reason for confusion is that it is not a standard 12J revocation, instead of eliminating the ticker immediately the SEC has given them 21 days to comply to their reporting requirements. If nothing FINRA will in fact delete the symbol, it is in a revoked status, they refer to it as an "Initial" status. It becomes permanent in 21 days.
