MJ acquisition news expected any day, ALL we have found out up to this point is that UNGS name will be changed to Sylios to represent the company's change to a holdings company (I'd imagine a symbol change to follow sometime shortly after), that they have a new subsidiary called The Greater Cannabis Co., and that they plan to announce a LOI for MJ acquisition within the next 1-3 days (was 3-5 days two days ago from news) which we should expect will be doing business with The Greater Cannabis subsidiary since it's really just empty right now. Exciting times very close IMO as the story unfolds
