I HAVE A SECRET! ... ... ... ...

An increase in the PPS of a stock (shh this is top shelf info), has MORE to do with establishing a trend of HIGHER LOWS, than it does with higher Highs.

The Secret is NOT higher highs ... the Secret IS higher lows.
