The first day I met Gerry Lenfest he was standing at my door with his wife and they were selling cable TV. That was about 35 years ago.
A lawyer by day and a cable salesman by night and for what ? Hard work and Gerry sold his Suburban Cable company to Comcast for 6 billion and change. He started a small company over in New Jersey called TelVue and started to build an empire of TV stations across the country by day and to give away his fortune to those who were in need . In the mean time TelVue has become the leader in the next generation of TV called G4.
The worst thing I can think of is if Sony would try to buy TelVue and NO it would not be for chump change. 6 billion for the cable company and I can only imagine what TelVue is worth.
In the beginning cable was commercial free but no more. In the beginning PEG TV that was built across the nation was commercial free but no more. G4 will not be commercial free . PEG will have ADCASTER from TelVue and make money from their commercials. It’s the way of the business world .
To think that Gerry Lenfest has some form of sinister plan to steal your money is beyond funny.

If spelling is your bag that's cool. At my age it's not a priority.
