Why he needed the money? No idea... new house? Business loan repayment... remember GrowLife bought Rocky Mtn Hydro and Evergreen from Hunt. Those 4 stores were his, and he was paid in stock. Could be anything.

He still holds 15+ million and 'dumped' 160+ thousand. Let's not assume this dropped the PPS.

This company has warts (every company does), and I've discussed them as warranted. This doesn't bother me. JMO
