Free tradable shares are the float right?
So if restrictions come off the shares become free tradable but didn't changed hands right away.
No reason the Float can't be as high as 55M.

It doesn't mean it is, but it could be.
Yes they seem to sell those shares, at least for now, pretty clever into the market, no doubt.
