Yah I got out today with a small loss. It happens, but small is better than big or all profits, and this thing can take all my profits. I will wait for the permit and zoning issues to be resolved. If in fact they do get the zoning approval and permits for what they are building I will buy back in probably at a higher price. I don't care though, I will not risk loosing all my money in this if they don't get the approval, because that is what will happen.
