i think you are correct in your thinking-if prpm had been allowed to trade as it was a lot of mms and brokerages would have been in trouble and out a lot of money but since prpm was put on suspension thus allowing the shorts to cover at a much lower price reducing the chance of a short squeeze or drastic rise in pps-if there was a real problem with the company no shares would be trading by anyone--almost seems illegal and manipulative to me....
