"The Company currently expects that the Reverse Stock Split will be effective with respect to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 8, 2014 and that trading of the Company’s common stock on The NASDAQ Capital Market on a split-adjusted basis will begin at the opening of trading on April 9, 2014. As a result of the Reverse Stock Split, each sixteen shares of common stock will be combined into one share of common stock"
