Thank you Krony for all your persistence and transparency to everyone here. Berge really should make you his PR guy (I mean that). I know he gets you for free already, but...

His reply is very interesting. He's very careful not to divulge anything, but in my simple-minded interpretation (or perhaps seeing what I want to see), Typenex is not the recipient of the 10m preferred shares. That being said, who is it? A partner such as the Wholesaler/Sterling? CL to purchase inventory to support a need for a larger supply of material to produce product for Wholesaler/Sterling?

It raises many more questions. But, a r/s does not appear to be imminent.
