According to canadas health site. They recommend applicants file 5-6 months prior to the end of the year for a license. that is to insure they have the next years license come new year. Each license is good only for the calendar year issued.

It also mentions they must provide gps cordinents for the plots of land they wish to cultivate. And/or a signed agreement to lease land for the cultivation.

Thinking imo that they may not get anything growing this year? Next year though, they should be all set to go gangbusters.

If they just applied in march, if the normal application process can take 5-6 months. They would miss the growing season this year???? Whats everyone else think?
