Folks, be careful what you're doing.. PPS keeps falling because people are doing their Due Diligence. People have been getting out. This stock has been going down and will continue to go down. This company is a sham, not on the up...a one man operation -Vietnamese family. They keep changing their stories and throwing empty statements. Not consistent. I researched LATF thoroughly for over 3 weeks. My staff could not verify anything they reported. I cashed out right before it tanked. LATF think people are idiots -caught up in the MJ hype.
First, none of their news could be verified PRIOR to the announcement of the subsidiary Valley Organics. Their phone number was bogus. Address was bogus.. They have no subs.
Then they had a real estate partner in CO, but refused to name them.
Then they said they moved headquarters to CO... going to buy real estate?? However, still no name for the real estate partner in Colorado.
LATF nor any of the fictitious subsidiaries are registered with Colorado Sec of State or California. As a business owner myself, I can tell you that registering with the Sec of State is the first step. RXHC was registered in California last year -not part of LATF.
Then they said they're sending management teams to CO over the next several weeks. Why would they need to send management to CO if they already moved headquarters there? The office is some empty apartment?
The address zip code and phone search bring back different zip codes. Anyone get through to a live person?
long line of worthless pump ups. They keep restating over and over they had record revenue from the seafood. Look at the financials. NO profits. They claim to be an MJ business?? nothing adds up.
I encourage everyone to go back and read LATF news, research for yourselves, google names and their businesses, call the numbers, look for their websites.. and put it in perspective. Google the addresses and then call their neighbor businesses. Anyone see an MJ business going on?
I could go on and on..
I don't want to see anyone get caught up in all the MJ hype and get suckered. If the SEC suspends trading in the middle of the day, you get stuck. When it opens back up, the bottom falls out. just trying to help.
