MDRM is the company that Seeking Alpha initially bashed in an article along with EAPH. This was the article that tanked EAPH from its price of .078. Below are links to both articles. Now we know that MDRM is company in talks with EAPH. Seeking alpha later changed their tune & endorsed MDRM.
