The "FACT" that Eric replies to emails means a "lot" to me!

RE-GARD-LESS OF "ERRORS", "BAD JUDGE-MENTS", "SCREW-UPS", and "SCREW-DOWNS" --- HE IS "TOPS"!!!

Based on the "blog", I sent the following email:

Authorized, but unissued stock is not "treasury stock".

"Treasury stock" is (its own) stock bought by the cimpany on the open market and then held for
future use, possibly being retired then.

Have a nice one,

Stockholder Jerry"

Jerry - there's inconsistencies in the use of the term "TREASURY" stock. For instance, Investopedia defines it as follows:

Definition of 'Treasury Stock (Treasury Shares)'
The portion of shares that a company keeps in their own treasury. Treasury stock may have come from a repurchase or buyback from shareholders; or it may have never been issued to the public in the first place. These shares don't pay dividends, have no voting rights, and should not be included in shares outstanding calculations.

With respect to "authorized" but "not issued" shares in VODwiz, Inc., it's possible to refer to these under several terms, such as "unissued A/S" and at least according to Investopedia, they could be referred to as "Treasury" stock shares. I'm not trying to be contrary to your comment, just wanted to clarify where we got that term. If we get multiple inquiries or challenges, I'm not opposed to modifying the terminology used in this morning's BLOG so that there is no confusion.

Thanks ERIC"
