I am LOVING this company. So I email them today asking about the float in detail--and the CEO wrote back in a timely manner-- I was duly impressed with the answer-- long and strong! bashers BOO---
As I have mentioned earlier and have been clear to all that have the effort to call me all conversions allowed are from cash investment into the company that dates back to 2007 and 2008 and fully disclosed in all of the financial reports. These investors have waited for over 6 years to gain some liquidity. I do not feel it is unfair or detrimental to allow these loyal supporters to finally have some reward for their risk. I am confident that all will make sense in the just a short while. I could have waited to post the current information until May 15 but I want to be fully disclosed and transparent.
Even with the current share structure .002 is only $10 million market cap and I believe the value of ELAS alone will be realized well over that very soon. The shares that were cancelled are mine that I am contributing to the cause to keep the share count down. I do not foresee any further conversion at this time and I will be cancelling another 1 billion shares in the near future as the opportunity presents itself.
I am not focused on the short term and what is the present, but building the foundation to be strong and lasting. I have led this company since inception in 2005 through some very trying times always keeping my eye on the prize. There were times I did not feel this day would ever come, but be stubborn and never a quitter and with the support and patience of some very good people, have persevered to now. I can see the finish line. And really not the finish line but the beginning of what I feel will be a very rewarding future.
Once we have gained acceptance in Michigan and the first plant up and running ELAS will become a household name. Notice I said plant as this is not a small task. I don't think the enormity of the opportunity is being fully realize by many so for those that wish to play the short term, God Bless them I wish them good luck, but for me and the many others who have the mind to stay, we are in it to win it. No matter how long it takes.
