2 reasons-they time it with their "quarterly 10 Million shares" that they give themselves each quarter just to turn around and dump them on the market and use bogus news to bring suckers into buying this garbage! Second reason is it buys them more time to have to answer to shareholders to carry on the constant string of lies!!!!!!!!
