Google finance and otcmarket.com generally provide the same corresponding financial data on companies however recently i been coming across some that differ, for example $GERS outstanding shares state on google finance 760.39M while OTC markets state 2,442,411,598, any thoughts on which data is more accurate? I would assume OTCmarkets but again not exactly sure. Any insight would be appreciated.
