Spli announced a r/s and only went up... You're forgetting the new rule for QB and idk how it all works but its almost like a totally new company so I'd assume they are one of the few that HAVE to be over .01 in may to keep the QB status.... So if its a dilutive act I doubt they would only want to dilute from .04 to .01 lol I think this is a r/s on good intentions. Not all R/S have to be bad.
