when news hits on something like that it goes up 1000% in one day easy!.. and over the next month or two news will be coming, SHARE BUY BACK PROGRAM I bet the next time we get numbers its at 250,000,000 OR LESS and that would knock down the float by 30,000,000 or so, FINS.big profits are coming, PARTNERSHIPS sounds like big things heading our way, NEW CONTRACTS, Q10, ect, ect .and with each bit of news the PPS will climb ..this is just the calm before the storm. so load up wile you can
