Agreed, I'm not concerned at all.
I'm going through their "Investors Deck" again that they used at the presentation last month. On slide 21 they list a bunch of the companies that they say are in the pipeline. The 1st one that I'm checking out is "Inkkas" (a play on Incas, I gather), who sell handmade shoes from South America. I went to Inkkas dot com and they actually have a nice website. Shoes for men, women, & kids and the styles flow very well with what Sahaja offers (think SouthWestern & Aztec designs).
Their FB page also has a lot of followers (>60K) who seem to be active. The page also shows that they just had a launch party in Austin, Texas on 4/5. They have 1,807 followers on Twitter (to whom they are very quick to respond to & actually monitor their account). The shoes look to be at a pretty decent markip, as well ($65 a pair +). I think this would be a nice acquisition for Democratique...from appearance & without seeing their fins yet, but it definitely has potential. Someone has put some real work into that website as well, even comes with a live chat option.
I'll continue to check on the rest of the companies listed as "in the pipeline for acquisition", but just wanted to let you guys know. Thanks!
