If you are wondering how this will happen, it sounds as if XNRG may need to do a MASSIVE REVERSE SPLIT to get above the new penny requirement. This may be the only way, because of the new rules which take effect May 1st, to keep it's listing. These new rules are being implemented to root out dilutive stocks and XNRG seems to fit that bill. IMO
