If you look at the recommendations for the work needed to add significant value to this project the cost is not very high. For a million dollars or so the company could complete the work necessary to have an updated resource calculation with an indicated level that would be better accepted by investors.

They may even be able to uplist to the Toronto Venture exchange within that budget removing them from the vagaries of the pink sheets which is another negative to investors.

There are 875 million share outstanding. The cost per share of raising these funds is a bit over 1/10th of a cent per share? Not very much.

Its not at all clear why they are having such difficulty raising funds with the success that others are seeing. Several other projects raised money at 3X our current market cap recently. No granted they have already indicated resource and aren't on the pinks but if but still this group should have been able to raise 1 million dollars to advance their project over the past year since the didn't give extend the SOE's exclusive.

That is not very strong management and not at all something that could be considered "world Class" IMHO.
