Why are you saying it is terrible market conditions for SCRC.

Go read my post again. I never said it was CURRENTLY terrible market conditions for SCRC -- although there is certainly great risk until the 10K comes out to provide clarity on further dilution.

The context of my post, which the criminal non-disclosing paid promoters seem to always find a new way to dance around and never answer, is asking what the sense of urgency was in luring as many new investors as they could during Q4, which had horrendous market conditions surrounding SCRC. Certainly, it couldn't be the coincidental unlocking of 6M free shares of restricted stock at this same period in time that belonged to the cons, could it???
