Over the past few years, he has been developing this project for a long time. With no revenue and it not yet approved for commerical use, shares are how the doors stay open. No doubt, people are cashing in. I will agree with you on that. But if commercial sales materalize and are approved, and get the monster pr we are looking for... the float, the dilution, and all of that will not matter. It will be blue skies for those in now and ten eventually be restructured. The technology is huge. Bigger than huge.
