Doing a 3 lb chuck roast in the oven as we speak. Seasoning salt, garlic powder. Hot pepper flakes, 1, 1 lb yellow onion, Love onions, and 1 - 16 oz can of stewed tomatoes on top. I start it off at 410 for 1 hr, then 325 for 1 hr, then 290 for 1 hr, then 260 for 1 hr.
After that, if falls apart....
