sunnyrn, i'm not shorting but just laying out the known facts. 4 of the last 17 trading days have closed in the red. they've been downgraded by the OTC and are only one tier up from grey. their financials will only reflect one quarter of 2013. their address and that of a customer are one and the same and listed on the OTC.

i'm a fan of the product and concept but management sucks. zero transparency and that's a diservice to the company shareholders.
