Heres an analogy for you,

I make Memorials at my manufacturing plant in Vermont.

What is happening here is the equivalent of me setting a delivery up with a 100 ton crane in the cemetery, the entire family there morining the loss of there father, the dealer that sold the job to the family there and is expecting the semi to show up with the family monument at 9 am to be put in the cemetery.

9AM and no Semi! 10AM calls start,

by 11AM, Guess what, people from the jersey docks with the NYC family would be hitting there cars for a drive up to find me!

What is going on with this silence?
