John all you are doing is creating a negative environment for any new investors that may be looking into this stock. If you are a holder than claiming that the company has done something to warrant a lawsuit is not going to create value.

The company has done nothing wrong and have been completely transparent as detailed in the 10k filing with the SEC. They have done nothing to mislead investors as to the nature of the financing and its purpose.

Hang in there, we all have our ups and downs in the end its how you react to them that will make you a winner or loser
