Call me weak then. This stock has been nothing short of a disaster. How can they announce a merger, wait 32 days to sign it and not indicate what the share structure will be in the new company? When will the merger happen? Where are the collected revenues? I bought the company line but not anymore. I lost too much money on this stock the past year. I'm done. Except if the stock drops below a penny then I may buy for a trade. What an incredible disappointment this company has been. Good luck. I hope you make money. You deserve it.
