Someone already made the point that getting a dime out of these folks will be very difficult to say the least. They do their business in, and are located in a country that has no kind of extradition agreements with the U.S. government. I would agree (based upon what I currently know) that SVFC should sue them, but it might all be for nothing if they (iron ridge) cannot be forced to actually pay what a U.S. court says that they owe. And then the shareholders would be stuck with a legal bill and nothing else. So lets not get too excited about the money that we probably won't get, even if we do successfully sue them. I hope that I am wrong about this, but I honestly think that we would be digging a dry well. And I suppose that I need to include SVFC or this post will be seen as off-topic.
