The 8-K report must include audited financial information for the business being acquired and pro forma financial information showing the effects of the transaction. Does not mean we will get the actual audited fins. Not sure if the 70+ day time frame to file audited fins after 8-K merger report supersedes April 15 annual report for SKTO?
