Tanis, I sure hope your right.
I too believe that a major JV/Partner is going to be announced any day on one of the products in the pipeline.

But what I am guessing....again, strictly a guess is that the 10-K is going to show that all 1B shares have been issued, and that alone will be the reason it has been delayed 15 days...trying to finalize the deal with what ever partner(IPXL?)so that the "Big Joint Venture" can be released in conjunction with the annual filing...try to soften the blow of seeing all 1B shares issued.

Lets hope I'm wrong!!!
