Could be dropping in anticipation of the proxy vote to authorize additional shares...Of course it could (and probably will) go down even more--maybe even much more--after the Proxy vote authorizes a gazillion additional shares. Because many investors will just see it as dilution regardless of the purpose of the authorization, which is to have more bargaining power with a potential partner, because it means ELTP could fund all the trials on their own, not have to accept a low-ball offer from a potential partner.

But if the authorization really does speed up getting those ART drugs on the market, it will be great for Longs ultimately. Maybe as soon as fall 2015. For someone who is convinced of ELTP's ultimate success (and i am one who is convinced), the falling price will be seen as a buying opportunity--if they have any $ left to buy with, that is)...
