its against Chinese law to give financial documents to a foreign entity



Well, it's a good thing that EWSI is a U.S based Incorporated Company and Securities Issuer. These laws of China will have zero impact on EWSI, since they refer only to Chinese based companies and security issuers! Whew! Nothing to worry about now except how to get an auditor to agree with EWSI's internal accounting!
