A couple of key words here for consideration.

On 8-K
1. "Exemption From Registration. The shares of Common Stock referenced herein are intended to be issued in reliance upon the exemption from securities registration afforded by the provisions of Section 4(2) of the Securities Act of 1933",

Those are the key words "Exemption From Registration", and I would strongly advice everybody to go and read what exactly it means and then you will understand the meaning of this 8-K. Again those shares ARE NOT REGISTERED

2. As long as VFIN sits on the ask with any amount of shares it means dilution goes on, tens of millions of shares are ready to get dumped and if no takers VFIN doesn't hesitate to dump deep below the bid. VFIN was hanging around on the ask with different amount for the last several weeks and that is where all that dilution is coming from.

3. When in January FS increased ASs from 6 to 15 billion, his explanation was that is exactly how many shares he was required to have a strong chance for $10 million to be approved with huge discount and though limiting OSs, now most definitely and by the time he re-submits S-1, those numbers of ASs vs. OSs are don't match his explanation and way off from his initial explanation.

4. 8K is not 10K, 10K still to come while dilution accelerates, strong correlation between delay of 10K and accelerated dilution.

5. As of now Petron hasn't filed S1 yet.

6. As far as "bids stacking", I would strongly encourage anybody to try to sell any amount of shares above 100Ks at .0016 and see what happen.

7. With almost 2 billion of OSs, the monetary daily volume for PEII................

IMO and just food for thought.
