INCORRECT AGAIN!

Any failures of PVEC keeping promises was prior to Kerry and Jason coming onboard. Prior to their arrival the company was saturated with incompetence from inefficient legal representation to unskilled consultation pretending to know the ropes.

As far as the lack of a press release yesterday regarding the unsolicited news from Finra, BIG WHOOP!

In all honesty I feel that Finra needs to put forth an explanation as well as to why the record date was changed as it is my opinion that Finra played a role in it for whatever reason.
