At the same exchange rate of .00099/share, it would mean a stock swap total of 247.47 MILLION SHARES! That's if the share price stays around .0020/share. I'm thinking that is substantial. If the avg. daily share price drops then more shares will have to be swapped to pay the debt. Just saying.
